In the summer of 2022, I embraced using black as the primary "color" in my art. 

Since my first time studying art in high school, my teachers identified my reluctance to use black as a color I could control. For me, the color black was unwieldy and any mistakes made with it could not be undone. That same summer, I started using CAD tools for 3D printing and converting those designs into art pieces.
